General Information
- Linen and Towels
We provide linen at no extra charge. Duvets, covers, sheets and pillowcases, personal towels and tea towels are provided, but this excludes sport, pool and beach towels.
Please note that you should bring linen for cots in all cases, including pillows, sheets and blankets.
- Arrival and Departures
Please do not arrive at your holiday cottage before 4pm and if later than 7pm please advise us in advance.
On the morning of departure, please leave your cottage by 10am to allow us sufficient time to prepare the property for our next guests. We ask that you please leave the property as you found it.
- Families and Children
Each cottage and garden is suitable for children under normal supervision, but we must stress that no child or children can be left in the cottage or on the grounds without adult supervision. We can provide a cot and high chair, free of charge, but they must be requested in advance. Please note that guests should provide their own cot bedding.
- Pets
We regret that no dogs, domestic pets or other animals or birds can be accepted in our cottages.
- Basic Supplies
Apart from finding a well-equipped and comfortable cottage ready and waiting for your arrival, you will also find some basic domestic starter supplies such as toilet paper, some washing up liquid and a cleaning agent.
- Smoking
Many of our guests are non-smokers and as it is impossible to get rid of the smell of tobacco between bookings, we would request guests not to smoke in the cottages.
- Alarm Systems
Each cottage has its own Intruder Alarm System. The Smoke and Fire Alarm System is central to all cottages.
